GDPR & Data Rights

For buyers / voucher holders

Keep your voucher link and QR code safe. If the voucher is lost, not saved after payment, or appears to have been redeemed by the wrong person, contact the creator using the support link on the ticket and provide your order/reference details.

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for payment, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal reasons.

For creators

Only collect the redemption details you need. For high-value vouchers, it is reasonable to record a redeemer name, booking/order reference, room/table number, staff name, or ID/reference check, but avoid unnecessary sensitive information.

Keep your Support URL updated so customers have a clear recovery and privacy contact path.
