SnapVoucher stores the data needed to issue, validate, share and redeem vouchers. This may include voucher template details, issued serials, ticket tokens, order IDs, customer name/email when supplied, quantity, amount/currency, creator ID, support URL, redemption logs and basic technical logs.

Why this data is used

Data is used to create and display voucher tickets, prevent duplicate or unauthorized redemption, help creators reconcile orders and issued vouchers, support customer recovery when a voucher link is lost, and provide a dispute trail after redemption.

Redemption logs

Redemption logs may include staff name, redeemer name, ID/reference notes, booking/order references, redemption time, browser/device details and limited technical information for fraud prevention, dispute handling and support.

Creator and platform roles

The creator/business is normally responsible for the offer, fulfillment, customer relationship, redemption checks and support. SnapVoucher acts as the platform used to issue and validate the voucher. Where LetsOrderIt or another connected checkout/form creates the order, that service may also keep its own order and activity records.

Retention

Voucher and redemption records may be kept while needed for ticket validation, accounting, support, fraud prevention, dispute handling and legal obligations. Creators should avoid entering unnecessary personal information in redemption notes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal data. For voucher-specific issues, contact the creator using the support link shown on the ticket. For platform privacy requests, use the LOIT support/privacy channel.
