SnapVoucher helps creators issue, share, validate and redeem digital voucher tickets. The creator or business that issued the voucher is responsible for its offer, availability, fulfillment, refund rules, expiry, local legal compliance and customer support.
Voucher custody
Voucher ticket links and QR codes should be treated like cash or bearer tickets. Unless the creator's own terms say otherwise, anyone with access to the ticket link or QR code may be able to present it for redemption. Keep the ticket safe and do not share it with people who should not use it.
Once a voucher is successfully redeemed, the creator may not be responsible if the ticket was forwarded, copied, lost, exposed, or used by the wrong person. Buyers should contact the creator quickly if a ticket was not saved after payment, was lost, or appears to have been used incorrectly.
Redemption checks
Creators should set clear redemption rules. For higher-value vouchers, limited-seat events, room nights, food credit, influencer vouchers or partner-funded vouchers, it is good practice for staff to record the redeemer name, ID/reference, booking/order number, or other proof before redeeming. This creates a redemption trail in case of disputes.
Creator responsibility
Creators are responsible for using activation URLs safely, setting quantity limits where needed, pausing exposed links, reconciling issued vouchers against LetsOrderIt orders/forms, and making sure staff understand when to redeem or refuse a voucher.
Platform role
SnapVoucher provides digital voucher issuing, validation and redemption technology. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, SnapVoucher is not the seller of the offer, not the merchant of record, not a fulfillment guarantor, and does not hold or guarantee customer funds. The issuing creator/business remains responsible for the offer, pricing, payment collection, fulfillment, refunds, support, and compliance.
