3. Validate + Redeem
Staff scans the QR, enters the staff PIN or logs in, then redeems one or all remaining uses.
Customer view stays safe. Staff redemption is separate.
No trusting paid=true. Real vouchers should come from signed LOIT redirects.
Public QR can open the redemption screen, but redeeming requires login or creator staff PIN.
Every ticket shows issued quantity, redeemed quantity and redemption logs for audit.
