Start with the customer-facing title, brand, description, and template category.

Value and default quantity

Set what the ticket represents. Currency defaults to EUR and can be changed per template.

Validity and issue limits

Use limits for seats, limited perks, stock, room nights, or one-off campaigns.

Step 4

Approval and staff checks

Choose whether tickets are immediately redeemable or need a creator check first.

Issue approval

Creators can always compare issued vouchers against the form submission, order, payment or RSVP record. Use manual approval when you want the QR blocked until checked. Use auto approve for trusted paid redirects.

Redemption check

Use this when vouchers may be paid on arrival, duplicated, RSVP-based, or when staff should check ID/reference before redeeming instead of cancelling immediately.

Keep the ticket page clear. Explain how to use it, what staff may check, and the important limits.

Connect support, alerts, promo/payment pages, then choose the layout and theme.

Email delivery

SnapVoucher works without email. After issuing, copy the ticket link and share it by WhatsApp, Line, Messenger, SMS, or your LetsOrderIt communication flow. Automatic voucher email delivery is reserved for Business/Branded creators and will be enabled on request once sending is configured.
